Ely Cathedral will be opening its doors for two evenings this May as part of its Science Festival. Scientists from the Wellcome Genome Campus will be on hand to help you explore how DNA analysis helps shed light on our past, present and maybe even our future through a range of hands-on activities. You can unravel the structure of DNA with our sequence bracelets and pit yourself against a DNA sequencing machine. We’ll be comparing your genetic characteristics with other visitors by seeing which smells and tastes your genes enable you to detect.
Entry to the Cathedral is free for everyone, and there’s no need to book!
