SCAM is popular, not least because consumers are being misled about it. Professor Edzard Ernst will address some of the many misunderstandings in this area. He will discuss several examples of popular SCAMs and provide answers to crucial questions. Are the assumptions plausible? Is the therapy effective? Is it safe? Does it generate more good than harm? Come and hear more!
Professor Edzard Ernst qualified as a physician in Germany where he also completed his MD and PhD theses.
