About the session:
Our guest speaker for the session is Gareth Girling, a technical specialist at the Wellcome Sanger Institute.
In this genomics lite session Gareth will talk about his experience working in the Parts Lab, understanding how human DNA functions in different contexts and how they go about achieving this. Gareth will talk about how he uses CRISPR as well as other technologies to understand the human genome and some of the exciting findings that have been made so far!
