Overview
The aim of this session is to start a conversation on underserved audiences and the role of public engagement. How can we embed diversity and inclusion in our public facing projects from the start?
Who is this for?
This is for anyone who wants to address inequalities and work towards a way of communicating science that is truly open and accessible. If you are thinking of starting your own public engagement project, or would like to be involved in more activities or workshops with different audiences, this is a great introduction on how to do this in an inclusive way.

To Become aware of situations of exclusion&
To Identify the practices that reinforce exclusion
Where will you use this?
In all your public engagement activities, encounters with the public and, especially, if you want to start your own project with communities.
