Location: (click for map)

Wellcome Genome Campus, Hinxton, CB10 1SA

Date:

Mon 10th Apr, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

This one day introductory workshop is an opportunity to meet with Dr David Aanesen of the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute and explore how he uses tree diagrams help to visualise and track connections between living things, and how this knowledge is being used to improve human health. Tutors, Emma James and Anne Pit, from the Curwen Print Study Centre, will then guide you through the technique of woodcut printmaking to enable you to create your own responses to the subject. The workshop is limited to 10 places, meaning that there is plenty of chance for asking questions, starting conversations and getting one-on-one support.

The course fee of £50 includes all materials and lunch.
