Wellcome Genome Campus Hackathon

Join the Wellcome Genome Campus Hackathon, where our experts need your help to create code for their systems which help track vital lab activity at the campus. All abilities welcome, including beginners.

Date:

Mon 29th Mar, 9:00 am to Thu 1st Apr, 12:00 am

The Wellcome Genome Campus needs your help to advance their software tools, which enable cutting-edge science to be developed at the campus.

During the Cambridge Festival, our coding experts need you to build some of the systems which track vital lab activity. We will provide a set of coding challenges, both for beginners and more advanced, with the aim of giving everyone the chance to try their hand at coding, from using simple javascript and html, to the more complicated python or Vue.js.

This experience is on-going throughout the festival, so feel free to drop in and out, and have a go when you can. Our expert coders will be on hand to support you. Whether you’re a skilled coder or just fancy trying it for the first time, everyone is welcome!
